JobAsylum Editor: Matt

Thank you for visiting JobAsylum.com! I am Matt, editor of the website, and working alongside our small team of contributors we put together articles that we hope you find useful.

Our main areas of interest are:

  • How to succeed in job interviews
  • Supporting individuals achieve their career goals
  • Navigating new ways of working such as working from home
  • Side hustles and micro businesses

JobAsylum.com was made to be a hub of knowledge for myself and our contributing team to share their knowledge and experiences with the wider world.

As the Editor and website creator, I have over 25 years of management experience, working in sales, marketing, and business development roles for companies ranging from small family businesses to international conglomerates. During my working life, I have attended over 100 job interviews from both sides of the table and supported many younger people with their career paths, and helped them to realize their ambitions.

I am supported by a team of working professionals who deliver their own experiences from working in a variety of industries including finance, recruitment, hospitality, and the public sector.

We are open to collaboration with other bloggers. If that is something you are interested in please see our Guest Posting page or contact us at editor@jobasylum.com.
